CANCELLATION POLICY
📅 Cancellations & No-Shows At ENVY’D, your time is valued, and so is mine. Please take a moment to review our cancellation policy before booking: — You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours (2 days) in advance through the online booking system. — After that 48 hour mark, changes must be made by contacting me directly. — Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or no-shows, will incur a 20% cancellation fee (lose your deposit). You may however, RESCHEDULE, and your deposit will be applied to your next visit. If you no call, no show, you will be banned from booking with me again. This policy helps me serve all my clients with care and respect. Thank you for understanding and honoring the time we’ve reserved just for you.
